"Love the staff the ladies up front are always amazing, you feel bad coming in and yet their wonderful smiles and energy help you feel a little better. Dr Fineburg is wonderful he is about his patients and the wellbeing of them and the family we come home to. Thank you all Dr O , Dr Johnathan Parker this place is a 100/10 I definitely refer everyone to your establishment. I wish y’all could be regular family MD I think a lot would be swapping to you guys ! Thank you all and God Bless"

"I’m an out of towner who visits frequently. Anytime I’’m under the weather on my visits I come here. Facility is nice and clean. Staff is always super nice. Doctor is always super nice as well. He prescribed an antibiotic that I called back later and asked to change due to an underlying health issue and he wrote a new one with no problem. Prescriptions always get called in before I leave the building. I did have about an hour wait time, but I was warned about that when I arrived so I was prepared."

"I was so impressed by the experience I received at 'Compass Urgent Care' from start to finish the process ran very smoothly. They were very busy which is to be expected; they are that good. Was informed every step of the way what was happening with my care. I was extremely sick when I arrived and needed serious help. When I saw the doctor; even though I knew they were very busy, I was not rushed in any way. I was given good medication to help my severe symptoms and came away knowing that a capable staff was looking out for me. If I could give 10⭐ I would. This is definitely where people should go when they are ill. Again, thank you for your 'knowledge' and expertise. The entire staff was just Excellent"

"It was a pretty long wait because they were really busy but definitely worth it. I only go to a doctor if I absolutely have to and it was on a Sunday and they were busy. The staff is excellent and Dr John was caring and took the flu I was diagnosed with seriously. Dr. O is awesome too. I would definitely recommend them."

"Compass Urgent Care raises the bar on every level of “care”. I have been to several of Mobile’s urgent care clinics over the years & I would not recommend one of those to my worst enemy. Compass was an entirely different experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was online & a breeze. The waiting room area was immaculate & it was obvious that the architectural details of the room were designed with specific consideration of the patients. It’s bad enough to be sick, but sitting in a crowded, closed in waiting area can magnify your stress level. The large, open waiting area at compass actually calmed me! Honestly, I did not time my wait, but it seemed relatively short. From the triage nurses, x-ray tech to Dr. O, I received excellent care. Unlike other clinics, I could tell that the staff actually took pride in their jobs. They wanted to be there! The staffs positive attitude was something that is, unfortunately, missing in the workforce today. I almost hesitated to write this review because it’s almost as if I’m not sure I want to share this special place. But, Compass Urgent Care deserves this praise & everyone deserves this excellent care & customer service when they are sick. So, if you want to experience a compassionate, patient focused urgent care…Compass was designed for you!"
