"I've been here maybe 5-6 times and of those times, they've nicked my cuticles to the point where they bled twice. Even though they still charged me full price to get my finger cut and improperly disinfected the first time it had happened, I tried to write it off as a one time thing and still tipped on top for the service. But the second time, the technician proceeded to wipe my bleeding finger with the towel that was already covered in dust from the removed gel polish and my fingernails. It's been almost two hours since I've gotten these nails done and not only has the cuticle continued to bleed, but it's bled through about two bandaids. On the bright side, they gave me a discount for cutting up my finger; though if this finger ends up getting infected, I'm not really sure if that's a good compensation. And it was while I was researching how to clean the wound, I learned that some states do not allow salons to cut cuticles (only push them down) due to potential risks related to bacterial infections. I don't think I will be coming back here in the future as it seems like that would only result in a relatively decent chance of getting nicked and cut again and improper treatment by a salon that doesn't follow proper sanitary and medical guidelines."

"Similar to the last reviewer, I was quite loyal to this salon - was there every 2-3 weeks and spent a lot of money over time and tipped well. The way they treat customers is not okay and I would suggest going to one of the other amazing nail businesses who actually appreciate their customers and treat them with respect. Additionally, if you are looking for dip powder, just know that the color swatches they show are vastly different from what the color will look like on your nail."

"This place has so much potential. It’s clean and the staff is great, except the owner who tends to be unfriendly. I was quite loyal to this salon - Came back every 2-3 weeks and spent a lot of money over time. I had an appointment scheduled and the person I was scheduled with didn’t make it in. So, a gentlemen did my nails. I was told it was his first day. While getting my acrylic fill, he skipped multiple steps, such as putting the primer on my nails, no base coat, etc. I would speak up and he’d get very frustrated with me. When my nails were done, the shape was wrong, the polish was uneven, parts of my nail had uneven acrylic, etc. It was a mess. The owner could tell I was very unhappy. When I went to pay she offered to fix my nails days later - That wasn’t ideal as I was leaving for a trip that evening. She had the audacity to charge me for the mess of the nails that I spoke up about it, and she could clearly see that they were not done right. I paid with no fuss but later texted to express my disappointment. I paid 90 and was offered a 20 dollar refund - The customer service here speaks volumes. Not great and have not gone back. Plenty of other good salons."

"My new nail spot!!! I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and I’m never disappointed. I always have a problem on the north side of the city with finding a good salon that does have my no chip manicure actually chip with in 1 week. At Prestige I always leave happy and satisfied never once have a not loved my manicure nor have my nails chipped after 1 week. The salon is clean, quiet and welcoming. The customer service is outstanding and genuine. They also have an array of nail colors. The only thing I have got done was a pedicure but I will soon. Below I will be attaching picture of a no chip manicure on my natural nails that’s 2 weeks old not fresh set and they still look flawless. If you check my profile on google reviews I have a similar style from a nail salon near my house that chipped within days and was poorly executed. Go to Prestige Nails great prices great environment."
