"I asked if the girl who cut my hair knew how to do a flat top but she did not, so I asked for high and tight military style and I am not sure she really understood that either, she was very nice and got to the point where she was finished by her standards but still to long on the to so I asked for more off the top, she stopped again and asked me if it was short enough and again I asked for more off the top and finally I was satisfied with the cut and it came out just fine and was as close to a flat top as you can get without being a true flat top and I actually liked it exactly the way she cut it, so even though she struggled with what I wanted it eventually came out just fine with a little of my guidance"
