"My family booked a trip for July 2023 in August of 2022. We canceled in January 2023 due to unexpected issues. I am aware of not receiving the deposit back, which is fine because we were advised of this in the beginning. I was informed on February 1st of receiving my refund in 2 weeks for the payment made. I still have yet to receive my refund. I have sent several other messages with no response. This is very unprofessional and I advise everyone to not use this company. If I could select 0 stars I would but the system makes you select at least 1."

"Very unprofessional. Been having a difficult time with getting my money back. My family had to cancel our cruise due to unforeseen circumstances. The cruise isn’t until July 2023. I contacted the agent in January 2023 regarding the cancellation. I’ve sent several messages to the agent and had little to no responses from her. It is now April, and we still haven’t received a refund. Again, this company is very unprofessional."
