"I would no longer recommend Brad’s to have my vehicle repaired. For years I brought cars in to be serviced and never did they charge a diagnostic fee. Recently took a car in and they never mentioned a fee on the phone and I dropped the keys off after hours. Came in to see what the quote was (which was too high) so I declined, but they wouldn’t release the car until I paid the fee. The rude girl at the counter pointed to a sign on the desk about the service fee. I asked if this was a new policy and she said they always have had a diagnostic fee, which I can tell you they have not. Good to know Brad is all about they money and not customers service anymore. I will not be back."
