"BEWARE OF THIS HOST! This is an older home with some issues. Host will try to charge you for things that he knows were already broken or scratched. He will charge you and extra $250 if the Hot Tub water is down by 1/4 of an inch after a weeks use. This host is NOT an honest person! Find a different home. We have been to several others on Smith Lake over the years and NEVER had any issues like this!"
