"I cannot speak for the other doctors and nurses at the facility, but Dr Ciulla and his nurse are absolutely wonderful! He listens and advises. I was with my last primary for 14 years, driving to B’ham every six months. I felt like number not a person at that particular practice, but I hate change. Once I finally made the decision, I regretted not doing it 3 years ago when I moved to this area. As for the office staff, they do need to be more professional. Maybe some customer service training or hiring individuals with a little more experience. The turn around on call back’s could also be better, but I ALWAYS get my lab results quickly. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Ciulla."

"The girls at the front desk are horrible. They act like 2 kids and have absolutely no purpose other than to be mean and belittle you when you check in. It is not a one time occurrence. It has been that way for years. You complain to manager and they could care less if they treat you with respect or not. They basically tell you, if you don't like the way we operate, go somewhere else. It's pathetic!"

"Dr. Turner never once listened to my heart/lungs/neck. I have multiple heart problems. He did labs, ECG and xray. Then I saw him 3 mths later. After that I was not told to return. I made appointments when I knew I needed something done. After a year, I didn't go back."

"If I didn't like Dr Davidson I wouldn't come to this clinic. They refuse to call you back and even other doctors offices can't get them to send my medical records. The front office staff is rude and Dr Davidson's waiting area is rundown with seating that's in need of repair. Need a drug refill? You can hang it up. They won't call it in or call you back. I hate to write scathing reviews but some people just need it. This doesn't reflect on Dr Davidson but primarily the nurse and management 8/31/23 Once more having trouble getting scripts refilled. I've called everyday this week and only got a reply after calling corporate. I've been seeing Dr Davidson for over a decade now but because of incompetence this clinic may force me to stop. DR Davidson is a great doctor. I really wish he'd move to another clinic. The front office staff are gregarious and uncaring, did I mention unprofessional? The doctor writes my refills and the front office won't even call to let you know it's ready. If you need refills don't call the doctors nurse. They don't get the calls.
