"I had made an appointment for after care visit on a car accident. Previously, years ago, I had been a patient here. The appointment was made with Dr. Freundt. I received a call back the day before my visit saying that I couldn't see him, since he was opening his own practice next month. I agreed to see the NP. I had explained what the visit was for in detail. I took off work, drove from Jasper, then was told by office staff that they do not do after care visits. They said it was a new receptionist. No apologies or anything."
"My son and granddaughter have united Healthcare. They saw them, diagnosed both with type A flu and my granddaughter with covid. Then proceeded to write them prescriptions which cost $240 each. How is anyone supposed to be able to afford that? And of course there's nothing else they can do. Yet my husband went to a different after hours was diagnosed with the same thing and was given 2 shots and his prescription is actually affordable."
"It definitely took a little while to get back there but the nurses and Doctor were very sweet and gave me the care that I needed. Definitely would go back if need be."
"Wouldn't recommend. I went in complaining of severe cough and wheezing, plus a migraine lasting for 5 days. I have no insurance, had to pay $100 and they did NOTHING! Didn't listen to me breathe, didn't look at my throat, didn't check lymph nodes...nothing. Now, 4 other people I know are sick. I don't know how many 'doctors' they have on staff but the lady I saw was a nurse practitioner and she sucks! I feel like death, sore throat, ear ache, stuffy nose...didn't even get an antibiotic or anything and now, I'm out $100 .. Update, almost 1 month later and I still have a horrible cough. I pray nobody goes to this place if they are sick. I'm still miserable."
"I called ahead of time around 3:00 to see if someone could see my son who was sick, the receptionist said they were a little busy right now and to wait about two hours to be seen. So I asked her would around 5 be better and she said yes. So I got there exactly at five for the lady at front to tell me they took their last appointment and no one could see my son … so not only did it waste my time, my son wasn’t seen , and she didn’t even ask anyone if they talked to me or said that that. Very unprofessional, we have came here before and everyone was so nice , but that’s not okay."
