"Dr. Ragland has been the best doctor I have EVER had. I moved to Haleyville in 2016, and she has been a staple and such help when it comes to my health. She is genuine and listens; which quite frankly is something most doctors forget to do. She also is personable and remembers small details about her patients’ lives. I moved to Huntsville recently and will continue traveling to see her and keep her as my PCP."

Can you imagine suffering from anxiety and being treated and talked down to like trash, they offer no help just pass you on to the next person only to be put on hold with the ending result a voicemail. Thanks for nothing, i hope they never have any real emergencies to deal with."

"I read the reviews and was excited I might find me a new doctor. Was left on hold a good 15 mins. Was given a day and time but told to hold on a min. And was left on hold I think 2 different people answered and acted like it was the first time we spoke. Asked what day I said you told me tomorrow. Then i just said forget it I'll go some place else. We just moved here and i am trying to establish a new doctor. Guess the search continues. She didnt act like she even cared."

"Dr. Ragland is involved with more than just curing the sick and broken. She should have a separate payment box for all the above and beyond things she does. She can take worries away by how invested in she is in her patients, at least this one anyway. If something is wrong and unexplainable if she doesn't already know it, ((probably does) she's gonna find out what it is that causes it and find the solution. If no to she makes sure you see someone who can fix your anomile. She's just the best for getting you care that you need.. She listens when you talk. Unlike some doctors that only speak to other doctors who they think understand them. I just Love her and she came into my life when I needed her the most and quiet possibly saved my life."
