"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save your self the time and stress and MONEY. My wife went for a visit with her G.P, but was seen by a general practitioner. The problem with this, was that she got double charged for a basic visit. Specialist visits are 60$ yet some how she was charged as a Specialist visit. Called the lady in billing and was told that her co pay had went up called the insurance company and it had not. She was not only unwilling to fix her blunder, she laughed at my wife and basically told her it is what it is. I'm far from done with this situation, but do not want any people sick or elderly to be scammed. They also charged her insurance company for a ton of things that were never even performed."

"I give 5 stars to NP Holly Whitman. It feels like she really cares about your needs as a patient. She is friendly and thorough. Even got my referral appointments the same day! I would highly recommend her to anyone."

"The nurses were good with my child, but when I asked questions about the medicine I felt like they treated me like I was stupid just for asking a question. And the lab people aren't the best. Be careful when thinking about coming here and I hope your experience is better than mine."

"I called dr.longs nurses line to check on some paper work that is time sensitive to see if they had recieved it or not. The first person I spoke with was very sweet and transferred me to a young girl. The young girl who answered the phone seemed super annoyed that I was calling to check on the paper work, and was acting very rude from start to finish of the conversation and then hung up on me. I have used dr.long as a child and now my children do, hes a great dr. I believe though he should rethink some of his nurses staff as they are almost always rude and act as if they don't even want to be there everytime I call."
