What really touched my heart was she called me about an hour after I left the doctor appointment to check on my son because she was considered about him. "Nothing against Dr. Goar, she was excellent with both of my kids the one time we met her.. but her office staff is terrible. They don't know anything about the medical field, can't figure anything out, if you ask for someone who CAN help, they just put you on hold for long periods of time then eventually hang up on you. I've been waiting on an EPSDT form for my disabled son to get a much needed medical brace and apparently no one in the office is qualified to do that while dr. goar is on maternity leave.. NOTE TO DR GOAR - If you're going to be away for whatever reason, have someone there to cover ALL ASPECTS for you until you return. Learn how to properly run a business or shut it down."
