"Staff was not friendly at all or was they helpful. Lack of communication when it came down to my 1 month old. I communicated everything with them when it came to insurance and nothing was ever entered. Then it was suggested I put my 1 month old in a medicaid cab mid day to do a weight check when I called that morning to set up an appointment and was told we couldn't be seen."
"We love Dr. Gloyeske! He is thorough, he's great with my children and he asked how I was doing postpartum. He asks good questions to understand what's going on with the kids and is very calm, cool and collected which puts me at ease when my kids are sick."
"This is only one of two offices I’ve found in the area to do a meet and greet before entrusting my child’s medical care with them. Due to being a bereaved parent it was important for me to have a Doctor willing to be patient with me and thorough with my child’s care. All the Doctor’s there are patient, kind, genuine, and caring. I sincerely appreciate they never rush me, answer all my questions, and encourage me to reach out whenever I have questions or concerns. The front desk staff is friendly and the nurses are efficient."
"Southside pediatrics is the worst practice I have ever experienced! My son has had several serious medical issues that several doctors and nurses here brushed off. The office staff is rude, and the nurses are cold and uncaring. They never call when they say they're going to. I've attempted to speak to Dr. Blanchard's nurse numerous times when my son was sick. I was brushed off and my concerns were made to feel stupid. Come to find out my son has severe duodenal blockage and will be needing surgery. When my son was diagnosed with hydrocephalus Dr. Blanchard called, told me the news, and promptly hung up. She left me with a million questions and fears. She was cold and had zero time for me or my son. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!!!! Horrible place with the worst patient care!!!!!"
