"First time visit at Transformative Family Dentistry was on last Friday, Jan 26. I wasn't certain of what to expect. I heard an Ad on the radio and figured, why not. CLEAN, modern waiting area with nice music and a wonderful ambiance. My Husband came along and was offered refreshments while he waited for me. The Hygienist/Dental Assistant. Ms. D. Was very professional, and friendly. She advised of everything she was going to do, made suggestions and explained my results. She offered suggestions as well to build into my dental routine. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Kyle was just as amazing. He went into great detail while educating about my treatment plan for my teeth. He took the time and explained x-rays, even incorporating some AI technology. He was kind and down to earth. I was vetting this dental office after a not so great experience with my previous dentist. Definitely a breath of fresh air."

"What a hidden gem on the Northwest side!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with beautiful smiles in a clean, cozy and warm atmosphere. I’ve been looking for a new Dentist and have seen Dr. Ratliff’s name floating around in a FB group that I’m in. Well, last week, one of my dear friends needed to have her wisdom tooth pulled out immediately and went to this place. Because she loved it, I decided to try also. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Ratliff does it all (except braces), And he explains everything in detail, so there are no surprises in your journey. The atmosphere Calm. The office is clean.. The music is on point. The team is friendly. I also assume this is a black owned business And I am happy to see minorities employed there also. Overall, I am happy About the decision that I made, and I can’t stress enough how comfortable you will be if the dental experience is not high on your list of approved activities. Oh……they have blankets if you are cold, and warm towels to wipe your mouth after your cleanings. It’s amazing to see a professional, young black dentist making things happen in Indy!"
