"Enjoyed the appointment with Dr.Jeff Taylor, DDS. He was very willing to hear my needs and listened to everything I wanted. My end product turned out perfectly. "Staff is very attentive and accommodated to me an hour early for my appointment. I was willing to wait until my appointment but I was still brought in earlier. Jenna was great as she constantly checked up on my during my cleaning making sure I was okay or checking for signs of discomfort. In terms of professionalism, Jenna was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect before my cleaning was done. Dr. Taylor was very professional. After I let them both know that I was never called back by the orthodontist and they assured they would call on my behalf. I would later that day get a call to set up an appointment. Thank you to the team at Decatur Family dentistry. Wonderful service, professional in every way. A+."
"After some pretty harsh dentist experiences, I am very thankful to say I will be coming back here in the future. The staff/ hygienist/ and Doctor made me feel so comfortable and did not judge the state of my teeth. The hygienist checked up very often to ensure I was comfortable and doing okay. Loved it!"
"I had a great experience today. They are always so friendly, polite , prompt and awesome. I went in for a cleaning and they did a fantastic job which I am a smoker and a tea drinker so my teeth get really stained they actually came White. My hygienist was so nice so friendly took her time and didn't stop till she had them looking good.
