I was seen promptly after those people. I had not had the time to get in to get a haircut in quite a while and the stylist got me taken care of. I was very pleased with my cut. Will be back"

"Signed in online and went into the store when told to only to be skipped over while standing in the lobby. Had to wait another 15 minutes till the next stylist was available. Then my son only needed his sides cleaned up so it took 8 minutes from start to finish and they charged me 26 dollars for an 11 year old. Highway robbery and poor service."

She returns apologized she said she didn't now I was here. I was ok with that things happened. Well today I set up another appointment with Tiffany I arive 15 minutes early as im setting I see her walking out. I asked her hey you leaving she said yes I will be back in one hour.no apologize just im busy and left. Wow really."
