"I have been coming here for years, use to be the were well staffed with great management and the new stylist that came in were well trained. I walked in and was not greeted or asked if I signed in, didn’t expect to be asked only because they were busy. When brought back not once ever have I not been asked if I wanted the VIP package where they cut, wash, hot towel, DRY and use a massager on your shoulders. I then started to pay attention to others and they weren’t asking anyone else? The new girl training was very unsure of herself to which there was ZERO encouragement from the MOD, just you didn’t do this right this is wrong etc. I would be extremely surprised if she stays. Usually they offer products or recommendations based off of what they use working there, NOT ONE WORD TO ANY CUSTOMER. I don’t know if they changed the structure on how they get paid but this is now no better than great clips where you are in and out under ten minutes. Sadly I will not be returning to here, I’ve been coming to this location because of the awesome atmosphere and stylist that were there. You need to rehire the old managers so that the new ones coming in get properly trained. They need a massive pay bump and incentive to do their job. This is nothing short of bad upper management letting things go."

"I can't even give them one star, but i have to so i can even post this comment! My son who is 9 came in today for a haircut and wow, he got home and his hair is butchered! One side is so long it hangs down, like long, the other side so chopped up looks like he done it himself, well he could have done better. And they must not know what a fade is because my sons rest of the hair down low is basically bald, like im so upset with myself for letting him try a new place, this is why we dont just go anywhere for haircuts, lesson learned from you guys. My oldest son took him for the haircut and got one himself, again did not do what was asked, it's like they choose to do it how they think will look "correct" in their eyes. That is absolutely unacceptable! Then for their 2 bad haircuts and one small product the total was $80!!! Ima just say this they are lucky Ole momma wasn't there because we would have never paid for such a mess. So sad because this place is "talked up" and it by far is even worth the trip. A 40 minute drive to be over charged and walk out looking as if a blind man got ahold of scissors and your hair. My 9yr old is so embarrassed, and he goes to school on Monday and says the kids will be picking on him for how ridiculous, as he stated, his hair looks. Now I have to try and find a place that cuts hair before 10am on a Sunday due to my work schedule. So thanks alot sports clips for ruining my sons hair and his experience at school with this mess of a hair cut. I hope this is actually read and looked into because when you run off customers who drove from out of town, your in town customers may go elsewhere also. Please as an adult speak with your employees and get a handle on this. Very disappointed. We won't be back ever."

"So we have been going here for normal cuts for a few years now & usually all the fades are actually faded and the lines are straight and even . Today my son walked out looking like the photos shown the lines aren’t even nor straight and the fade looks more like a buzz cut. To me if you can’t even get a simple fade right you shouldn’t be working there ! So now my son will be going to school with this hair cut on his first day until it grows out!!!!! & don’t worry we WILL NOT be back."

"Wait time wasn't very long. The stylists were very nice, and they cut my boy's hair just like they wanted it, and they turned out awesome! First place we have went where their hair turned out good and not choppy looking!! Definitely recommend it and will definitely be back!"

"I tried to get a haircut, there was no one waiting and the business didn't close for 30 minutes but they told me they were not taking any more clients. I even told them that I was enrolled to report for military duty and was denied service. I will never dawn the doors here again."
