"Honestly service doesn’t look good regardless of quality. And the treatment of displeased costumers is unbelievable. You treat them well so they at least might return in the near future. But with poor attitude and lack of apologies it seems undesirable and unprofessional. Your quality overall balances on your treatment of the costumers you encounter. Not every 1 star review is a battle to be won, because real customers are willing to tell you when you’ve done well *and* when you’ve made mistakes. Attacking people over your mistakes is making the business look worse. I don’t recommend anyone visit here unless you’re willing to battle about styles being tight or not with someone that didn’t have their hair styled so tight it’s gripping their thought process. Surprised there’s any business otherwise. Your 5 star ratings are worth nothing if you’re only looking at those and disregarding mistakes you’ve made."
