Top Spa Nails

"This is horrible first off they not giving proper foot pedicures and the tools they use are not standard you pay extra for no chip but the pedicure is a rip off cause they don’t do nothing that comes with pedicure. I pay good money for my feet I wouldn’t dare let them put a full set on my hand. Save your self 60 don’t come here"

"I only come here for my eyebrows(I always love Hannah’s work), but I’m confused about their times of service. The business cards say 7:30 p.m., the time on the door says 7:00 p.m., and online says 6:30 p.m. So, which time is it? I just rushed here and the spa is closed at 6:15 p.m."

"Their polish is old. The no chip is chipping after a few days. This place is a zero. Never again. It’s time to rethink what community I want to spend my money with for spa services because Asians are disrespectful in the black/brown neighborhoods and that’s where they make most of their money. "I went to top nails for a pedicure and manicure and they charge me $61.00. My toenails was not shaped right and my fingernails were not shaped right either. I was the last customer and they rushed me out the door and didn't allow time for my nails dry. By the time I made it to my car a few of my nails was messed up. The next morning when I woke up my nails looked as if they were melted off my fingers. I came up the next morning less than 24 hours and spoke with the manager. He told me that he don't recommend people to get there real nails done because polish messes up and it don't look right. He had an attitude and said that that was nothing he could do to about it and if I wanted someone to fix it I was going to have to pay $61 again after paying $61 the day before. I told him I was not leaving out that shop until they fix my nails. At first he refused and after me fussing at him he decided to do it. I told him I didn't want to use the same color because that polish was no good he didn't want to change it and told me that I had to keep the same color. After hollering at him about not wanting that same color he decided to paint it a different color which I chose red. I went home showered put on clothes and this was the ending results. These are the results of Polish that you buy from the dollar store. I never seen anything like this out of 20 years of getting my nails done. When you getting your nails done and if you're not satisfied with something "the customer is always right" they are supposed to correct the mistakes which the manager did not want to do. I would never ever go back up to that nail spot again. They are crooks and they are watering down their products. Don't waste your time and money messing with this spot they do not stand behind they work and they will not make corrections when they mess up. Lesson learned!!!"

"I got my nails done November 3, 2020 my first time getting my nails done at this shop. The only reason I went was because some of the reviews were good. I wouldn't go back nor reccomend to anyone. When the guy was doing my nails he use too much polish so it took forever for the polish to dry. When I told him I accidentally nudge it. He told me it's okay instead of fixing it. If you look at these pics I posted. You'll notice that you can still see my actual nails. I didn't get the guys name but I remember he sits closer to the door by the windows."
