"After purchasing a new car we took it in the next morning to get the front two windows tinted. Upon picking it up we noticed a straight line cut in the rear paint through the bumper. We immediately contacted the store and was told that there’s no way that they did it. We have pictures when we purchased it the night before and then after having the windows tinted the very next morning. The cut was done at the shop and is in a perfect straight line by a razor blade. Accidents happen, but we received total denial from everyone with know explanation, except the fact that it was strange how perfect the cut was. We are taking the next steps as this will cost us over $2,700 to get it repaired. I will never do business and will make sure everyone knows about it."
