"We needed health insurance, and a friend recommended them. I went in for an initial consult; it went very well. The agent, Krystal, was beneficial, professional, and polite. She answered our questions and even gave us information to take and read for ourselves. About two weeks after the initial consultation, we went back to make our selection. Krystal wasn't available. However, Chrissy was. The exchange was great. They took care of us, and we were delighted with the all-around service that we received. One other thing, the receptionist was very personable and pleasant."
