"They booted my car even when I paid for parking. I showed the lady my receipt and she refused to remove the boot. While I was trying to talk to the lady she rolled up her window and just drove off. I had to pay to get it removed and when I filled the appeal they rejected it."

"I pay a $50 MONTHLY subscription but today, I parked in my normal spot, walked to work and then received an email asking me to move my vehicle or it would be towed because they booked the parking lot for an event that afternoon. Not only are they getting double payment for the lot, but they gave NO notice causing me to miss work to move my car. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER."
