"I showed up for my appointment, which was pre scheduled for the very first thing in the morning. She wasn't even there yet. I sat and waited for 30 minutes. She finally arrived and said she had been taking her daughter to school. After she was done braiding, I finished what wasn't completed as she started braiding someone else. She was friendly, but unprofessional. Disappointing experience."

"I am disappointed and upset on how this lady chose to her business. We agreed on a price of $90 dollars, She asked for a deposit which she stated was refundable. I understood. I did not have the hair I payed for that which I understood. She then asked me to pay the remaining $50. I told her that I would pay the remaining balance when her service is complete. She informed me that it was per her management that I pay the balance before I could “pull up” (her words) I tried to come to a comprise and pay her half then when she was finished with her service I would pay the remainder. She refused. By this point I had already given this lady $95 (not to mention she tried to get me to pay another $20 for a product that I did not need). I needed my hair done so I could not walk away at this point. I payed her the remaining $25. When I reached her “place of business” she asked me give her another $30 for something that was UNRELATED to me or the service I asked for and that she would pay me back cash. Having already paid FULL AMOUNT for a service I have not yet received and now you she was asking for another $30. She refused to come out. She refused to give me my money. By this time I did not trust this lady to do my hair. This was extremely unprofessional. I should be fully refunded or refunded in partial as I did not receive the service that was promised. I would like to be contacted by the “management” to come to some kind of agreement, or comprise on how this situation can be solved."

"Cecilia was friendly and quick. She informed me to let her know if any braid being installed felt too tight. I didn’t experience any pain and my braids look great. I will return."
