"I am a regular at Luxe Nails and think they are fabulous. They are kind and so good at the work they do. I typically get a dip manicure with design and a pedicure and they are always amazing. My daughter has had full acrylic sets done for school events and she always loves them."

"Thus was my first time at Luxe and was very disappointed. I already cut my nails down to where i wanted them. I had a picture of what I wanted. The lady in chair 1 who was doing my nails, filed them down past my real nails and made it seem like it was a hard design so I picked a much easier design. I told her I wanted these colors with the diamond for Steelers (showed her a pic) AFTER she got them all painted with the base colors she gets RINESTONES! Definitely not what I asked for. Then she states she doesn't have a blue rhinestone and proceeds to get a metallic blue butterfly to try and put on my nails. I had to stop her and tell her that's not what I wanted. One of the other girls comes to try and paints and star on it. It definitely wasn't a difficult design to do!"

"Today is Monday 9/25/23, got my nails done on Friday 9/22/23….the results! After paying $137 for mani, pedi and a full set for my daughter- plus leaving a $15 tip. To be told oh regular nail polish only last 3 or 4 days! So I said can I get gel for half off?? Since I was just here Friday?? She say.. I give u $5 off! Terrible customer service! Want your money- but no guarantee of their work! I will not patronize this nail shop again!"
