"My friend and I went to Ena’s Spa this morning for signature facials. Neither of us had ever had facials before so this was a brand new experience for us. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and brought waters as we waited for our appointments. The environment was very welcoming and cozy. Despite the typical clinical nature of facials, we found the European facial experience to be very relaxing and rejuvenating, and very much a nice retreat. Both of our respective estheticians were kind and considerate as they curated our facial experiences to our skin’s needs. They were both well-versed in all things skincare and we felt very safe in their capable hands. Our skin was dewy, plump, and glowing all day and night as we enjoyed the rest of my friend’s birthday. 10/10 recommend!"

"I purchased a gift certificate months ago for the Radiant Renewal spa package. It was purchased as part of a special promotion which offered a 20 percent discount. This service included facial, massage and pedicure. I booked the service 2 months in advance as special Christmas treat with my daughter. Two days previous to my appointment, I was told that a nail tech would not be available and, therefore, my pedicure could not be done. I was very disappointed that no other staffing arrangements could be made to provide all the purchased services. In addition, I did not get a refund for the price of the pedicure nor did they offer to reschedule the pedicure. They took the sale price that I initially paid and applied it to my service, therefore I lost the benefit of the promotion and got a very small discount of $12 in lieu of the $77 cost of my missed pedicure. My technician was good, but business practices are VERY BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING MYSELF!!!!!"
