Take 5 Oil Change

"If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been here several times before and had good experiences, however, after this visit I will NEVER return. We brought in our brand new vehicle for an oil change. The process was good until they tried to close the hood of the van. We noticed they struggled with it for about 5 minutes before telling us they were having some issues closing it. They proceeded to try for another 20+ minutes, at which time they called their shop manager. After speaking with the shop manager, they gave us his card to contact him and said “take it to the dealer” and “don’t drive on the highway” because the hood would not fully close. They also told us they do not accept responsibility but also don’t deny it. While the guy actually trying to close the hood said he pulled on one part of it and “shouldn’t have done that” As this was done on a Sunday, my husband had to spend 5 hours at the dealership on Monday getting the hood fixed. Thankfully the dealer was able to get the needed part within the day but told my husband the part was “torn apart” from Take 5. Meanwhile, my husband has called the shop manager twice on his cell phone and left two voicemails and has yet to receive a call back. In addition to doing nothing about the part they broke on a brand new car, they didn’t even comp the oil change. I cannot stress how strongly I recommend to stay away from this place."

"This is my third visit since the opening of our local Take 5. The employees are very thorough… explaining each step along the way they worked fast! It was like I had my own personal pit crew! Very little wait time. Each person I encountered was polite and courteous. And bonus… a Take 5 candy bar and bottle of water!"

"I love this place, from start to finish. From the time you drive up & they greet you with a cold bottle of water & a Take 5 candy bar until you pull out of the bay. Not only do they take pride and ownership in their work, they are also focused on training employees thoroughly in detail with safety first the right way. The district manager Shaun communicates with the customer, is personable, detailed, well informed, topped with values and integrity. Shaun is back and forth between his trainees making sure they are doing things correctly and safely as well as communicating what is being done with the customer. They will suggest things that may need to be done based on your vehicles maintenance/mileage history but never pushy. It’s a comfortable relaxed atmosphere because you can stay in your vehicle the whole time. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change."

"Visited at 4pm on a Friday. Was promptly greeted and given a snack and a drink! I noticed a longer than usual wait and a technician came to my car to explain what was going on. Once I was in the bay everything was perfect! The manager, Rob (I think) explained everything going on with my car and with the wait, and it was a very pleasant experience. They were also training new staff, and they were doing a great job! I look forward to continuing to have my car maintenance done at this location! Thanks!"
