"didn't cut nails down after i asked, girl kept leavign me to talk to her employees, payed more then my friend when we got the same thing, didn't put undercoat to french tip on, took 1 hour 30 min, look like press ons, super thick."

"Since the owners passing, the place has went way down hill.. they charge for EVERYTHING!! Don't understand why you would get charged for nail polish removal when it has to be removed before they can perform your service that you are already paying for..I can see if I just wanted to change the color, no.. they were charging $10 to take off my polish to do a fill.. And to top that off.. I literally would have go home and fix crooked, uneven nails.. the same shape I had been getting for a couple years now they can't do.. And the final straw was she had talked me into going with a "better" system and to do so I would have to let my natural nails grow for 3 plus months and do a soak off and then do this system.. I did and we had talked about it and set it up for 2 weeks after that visit and when I get there, she pryed my nails off ripped my natural nails WAY to far back to the point I literally was bleeding!! I have since found an amazing new place . Update: Tina is AMAZING! I have been going to her for a couple of years now and she always, ALWAYS amazes me with her work!! Oct.2019 She did an outstanding job! The design is better than I was asking for!!"

"We were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. Everyone worked really well together. There wasn’t alot off talking over the customers which was really nice for a change. My technician Ross an amazing job! My girls technician was patient with me and kind. We will definitely be back."

"Toenails were not polished correctly, didn't clip my nails even to the my other toes. My mom manicure was good, until they put nail polish on. Some was on the side of her finger, and were not smooth, was thick. Some of my nail polish came off, while I was washing my feet in the shower. They were nice, mostly Respectful and clean. I only went to this one because it had pedicure for children, them to relax their feet. I can't get a picture of my mom's finger nails. I don't know about know about her toenails though"
