"My sister and I both got dip/powder. One of my nails cracked the next day, and my sister had a nail pop off the following weekend. We both went back to get the nails fixed, they did so, but the dip again cracked and chipped within 2 weeks. I've always had dip polish stay bulletproof for 3-4 weeks without a scratch. I think their nail techs did okay, thinking maybe the polish is the problem, idk? Not sure, but I would not recommend getting their dip. I hear their gel is fine though."

"Tried Tiffany’s my first time and won’t be returning. I made an appointment with one person for both manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, they would not let me have the person I booked with for the pedicure, but shifted me over to another person who was really not acceptable. When I asked why, I was unable to have the person, I booked three members of the staff had a “lively“ conversation in their native tongue in front of me with several glances over at me. The person that did my nails actually cut my skin three times during the cuticle cleaning process. The person who did my pedicure actually through a nail file into her kit on the floor when I asked for the water to be a little hotter. There are way too many places to spend time on one like this. And on top of everything for the first time ever the ends of all of my gel manicure chipped off in the first week."

"I go here often to get dip nails. They usually use the UV light on my nails, but the nail tech didn’t last time. My nail polish has chipped already, polish on other nails are scuffed, and one nail broke. I’m just going to take all the polish off at home now."
