"All of the mechanics are great here, but I really appreciate all that Jim and Greg have done for me. They are always making sure I understand exactly what is wrong with my car if there is an issue, and even offer to call my dad to give him a run-down when I’m a little confused. The work done on my vehicles in the last 5 years has always been stellar. Jim saw that my recently purchased car needed the catalytic converter replaced. He actually talked to the head of the service department where I purchased the vehicle from to relay this information. I am so impressed by this, he is a very busy guy but took the time out of his day to do that. He is a true, honest mechanic and really wants the best for his customers. Lastly, Marilou, the receptionist, is wonderful. She is the sweetest lady and always has a smile. I really appreciate the team at Kruse and recommend them to everyone I know. My family & friends are also highly satisfied with the service they receive at Kruse."
