"Absolutely phenomenal care and effort for my daughter by her stylist. I had my hair done and the woman doing it gave me curtain bangs on one side and forget the other side. I noticed it looked weird and hadnt realized it was literally not done until I put my hair up. The side she did looks great. I had to use my kitchen scissors to at least match the length on the other side."

"Nothing about any of the stylists--- the problem is that you have online check-in- but Is it first come, first serve? If i check in online and show up and check in again in person, then some one comes in after me that checked in online jumps ahead of me? This makes no sense. Seemed like a flawed out dated system. Maybe it should be- checked in online and showed up- now you are ahead of the other online check ins. I had watched 4 people walk in and walk back out after their online check in was jumped ahead of. Keep losing money or fix your System. As I am typing this right now, a woman just got up and left. Better raise the prices and not update your system. I will give a review everytime I get a hair cut- and it will be a 1 at whatever great clips I come to. The stylists are 10's if I could just rank them with a star. Fix your system."
