"Manager was rude and unwilling to help. I was cleaning out my drawers to get things in order before my mastectomy next week and found a product that I used only once from 6 months ago. It was in the original packaging and I had the original receipt. Manager said she had to ability to override the within 90 day policy; but, since I was honest and said it had been used once, she refused. I asked about store credit or to exchange for another color and she still refused. It’s pretty bad when you tell a customer you could help but you won’t. Kindness goes a long way, especially during the Christmas season. You never know what people are going through."
