"Tristin first off is great. He has done everything to fix all of the issues. Had DVD changed out service techs left dirty finger prints all over DVD players and headliner. Tristin had a detail done. They missed the headliner, dirty fingerprints still on DVD players as well. Called him let him know. He said bring it back in. We will be back on Thursday and hopefully the techs clean up their mess this time. Do these guys have morals or integrity? I'd think they'd treat each vehicle like their own. That's the kind of service that will keep me a loyal customer. Return things better than you found them, seems people have forgotten basic common kindness."
