"First review I’ve written in my life because we could not have had a better experience. I wasn’t getting a good feeling about the company we were talking with for my son’s (2nd grader) birthday party. I really wanted someone who would be happy to have the boys. I came across TLC the day before the party. Jim called back quickly and said he’d be thrilled to help even though he had a wedding that night. Our start time was 10am! The limo was clean and comfortable. The 8 boys had donuts in the limo and he drove them around for half an hour before dropping them off at the party location. He was all smiles and I can imagine the boys were loud as can be! His rate was extremely reasonable. He texted to confirm in the morning. I heard one boy scream, “This is the best day of my life.” :) Thanks, Jim!"

"We reserved the excursion limo yesterday for my sons 15th birthday. It was really dated. The middle seats were pulling away from the wall. There was duct tape on the back door. The “fuse was blown” on the partition so weren’t able to roll it up. The shocks need replaced as it’s a really bumpy ride. It just felt cheap for a luxury vehicle and experience. Lastly, our driver didn’t know how to navigate drop off at the hotel. We asked for him to pull up in the car line so we could get checked in and then drop us at our final destination. We went inside to check in and came out to him having left the hotel. The driver did text my husband but we didn’t see it. Regardless, he left the hotel before our time was up and without taking us to our final stop. He was friendly enough and I think the price was reasonable so I gave a 3 star review. However I would not book with this company again."
