"I have always taken my vehicles to the dealerships for I felt they knew their cars better than anyone. Although I’ve had decent experiences over the many years I’ve been driving, recently Lockhart Cadillac taught me to be smart and never utilize dealers again…unless the car in still under warranty! I had such an awful experience at Lockhart Cadillac that they made me look elsewhere…and boy and I glad I did! I did a bunch of research and wanted a local place as well. AVC has great reviews no matter where you look online so I gave them a shot. I explained a bit of my history with all my cars and wanted them to evaluate my Cadillac to see if they also recommend the $4,000 worth of service that Cadillac insisted I needed. They evaluated my car and called and gave me a thorough update. Although I’ll probably need the service Cadillac said I needed, it probably won’t be for quite some time. I like the transparency and honesty of AVC Auto. They have earned my business and I will take my three cars to them for all services needed…soon to be four cars. I highly recommend AVC Auto, but don’t just go off my review, read a bunch of the other rave reviews they get."

"Chuck at AVC went out of his way to give me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. Even though the first appointment was a week out, he was able to work the repair into their schedule so that I had my truck back in 2 days. Repairs were done professionally and at a fair rate. Chuck and Jason at AVC were both very friendly and easy to work with. It is nice to have a local repair shop close at hand that goes out of their way to help a person out. Patrick Baumer"
