"I've had two extremely unpleasant experiences here, and there won't be a third. Today, I went in for a routine oil change, but during the checkout, I noticed the bill was not around the agreed-upon $65 from yesterday; instead, it was over $77. When I inquired about a potential discount, the staff responded with a disdainful look and a very contemptuous expression, saying, "We don't have any discounts!" Surprised, I mentioned that another person had informed me of discounts yesterday, to which he rudely replied, "I wasn't here yesterday!" This infuriated me, but I remained calm and said, "Your website advertises that..." Before I could finish, he interrupted, saying, "We don't have a website!" My goodness! Is this considered a service industry? What am I getting for my money? This situation reminded me of last year when I had a tire repaired at their shop. It was just a small nail in the tread, not on the sidewall, yet they suggested replacing both front tires. At that time, thinking the tires had already covered over forty thousand miles, I agreed to the replacement. In hindsight, a simple repair could have allowed me to drive tens of thousands more miles. I noticed the shop has a rating of 4.8, but upon closer inspection, positive reviews are from 2, even 4 years ago, while recent negative reviews are abundant. Please be cautious, everyone!"

"I had a unique issue with the dust plate under my front bumper where it was falling off and hitting the road aggressively when I was driving, and didn’t really know what to do about it. Took it over here and staff was super helpful and nice- even fixed it for me for free. I left a tip, of course. But very kind, efficient staff. I also came here for new tires about two years ago and had no issues. Love this place!!"

They fixed a nail in my tire that I was completely unaware of and alerted me to a few issues going on with my SUV. David the manager was quick to respond, was very accommodating and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was given the run around and pricing was fair. I will be back and would recommend them!"
