"We were on a road trip when my windshield wiper broke during a snow storm. We called to see if they had the wiper in stock and they did. We pulled in, they installed it and we were back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The assistant manager took great care of us and was really nice. He even scraped the built up snow under my windshield out with his bare hands. Keep up the great service and thank you!"
"I actually live across town on the north side of town,however my sister talked this location up so much I decided to go there this past time for my oil change. Let's just say it will be my continued preferred location from here on out. The customer service is outstanding. Even the employees that didn't work with us personally but passed by were friendly. "The service itself was fine. Paperwork showed I declined having my windows cleaned and interior vacuumed; I wasn't offered either of those to decline. It's not a big deal, just thought I'd note it. What was less fine were the texts and multiple emails after my service asking me to leave a review."
