I needed my tires aired up and originally had made an appt at the east side Pep Boys location, but no one showed up so I left. "I've been going to the same dealership on the east side of Indy for several years. Sometimes I get great service and Sometimes I don't. My last trip they pretty much told me my car had A LOT of miles on it and I should probably be thinking about trading it in. In this economy...no way. I started going to another dealership on the north side of Indy. I got great service and never once did they say anything about my high mileage vehicle. I don't want to make that drive up north just to have my car serviced. I went to my trusty friend, Google, and found Michael's Automotive. He schedules appointments and doesn't overbook for more work than he can handle. He explains things so anyone can understand. His pricing is fair and doesn't have all the mark up the "stealer"ships do. This is a family owned business that has been around for a while so it's not a here today gone tomorrow shop. I'm confident if you start taking your vehicle here you may never go anywhere else; it might take a while to get on the schedule but don't let that deter you.
