He makes sure he very on top of your process and you get incentives and the staff really nice and make you feel comfortable and at ease. Priscilla is also very informative and you know up front what to expect. The office is very clean. I was really impressed that they offered incentives to my son for keeping good dental hygiene and points for wearing the office shirt. What made this office even more impressive was that later that evening, after my son had just gotten his braces, Dr Werner called me personally to check on him. "Dr. Werner & his staff are personable and very professional. The staff takes time to interact with each patient during visits and makes an effort to get to know you and your child well. Our two children were more recently treated at Werner Orthodontics, but my brothers & I were also patients of Dr. Cowan many years ago~ and most of the staff is still the same! The ladies in the office are all friendly, experienced & obviously dedicated employees. Though their office is always busy, the atmosphere is relaxed & comfortable; it is well-run and operates efficiently.
