"I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by this office. I have been waiting on getting my implant and the crown for my implant for over a year. They treated me and billed me, and then when it was time for it to be done, after months, they took an xray and that is when they determined that the space was too small for them to do it. They send me somewhere else, and finally I am ready for the crown that they were supposed to place. I get an appointment after another month, and then they call the day before my appointment and cancel me. 2 different employees gave me 2 different reasons for the cancellation. Liz( the new rude girl) claimed to never have spoken to me, even though she called, spoke to me, and gave me an appointment. I call today to verify my appointment, and she told me I was not scheduled. She was so rude. I told her that I wanted to speak to the doctor and that I wanted a call back from him, and she said that she was not going to relay the message because he was there to do dental work, not speak to patients. Wow........ Although the office has made several mistakes, I have looked past them, due to my experience with the previous staff. Customer service is everything, and Liz just lost Dr. Jay a family of 6, and whoever else decides to read my reviews on all forums."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Jay’s for the past 7+ years and have never been disappointed! The staff and Dr. Jay are amazing and very patient and comforting. The entire is staff is wonderful but a special ‘shout out’ to Tina, Laura and of course Dr. Jay! Thank you for always making me feel calm and comfortable! "I love this practice and staff. I used to have extreme dental anxiety that kept me from getting any work done on my teeth, but everyone here is so kind and patient that I'm so much more at ease. I need a lot of work done, but it's so reassuring to not dread going to the dentist anymore! They were also very understanding of my financial situation when I didn't have insurance, and I've never felt pressured to do more than what I could afford. My husband's family has been going here for a long time, and I can see why."

"About 7 years ago, a different local dentist told me I needed thousands of dollars in dental work done - I can’t remember what for. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they ALSO recommended thousands of dollars of dental work. After talking to some friends about this, a friend recommended I see Dr Jay. I went in for a cleaning, and Dr Jay’s office said I had no cavities and didn’t need anything beyond routine cleanings. I’ve been going to Dr Jay ever since, and I’m still cavity free! Also, I initially took my child to a pediatric dentist because I thought i had to. Turns out, Dr Jays office is much more reasonably priced, just as child friendly, and better for my whole family."
