"This office was on a list of Dentists/ Oral Surgeons provided by my health insurance provider. Right from jump, the receptionist that answered was rude. She demanded to know who had referred me and I told her my insurance had. Then she asked what I was calling for, I told her for an extraction. She responded by asking me how I knew I needed an extraction. I was already angry with her tone and attitude and responded with a matching tone informing her that I've had this problem before. She sighed heavily and said, okay fine. At that point I was done. I dropped an F-bomb and hung up on her. I immediately called my insurance provider and filed a formal complaint. This isn't the first time a receptionist at a medical or dental office has been rude and condescending to me. I'm not putting up with it and I will NEVER bother with this care provider again. Update: I finally saw their response to my review, and I stand by what I have already communicated. Why would I tell someone that their office was on a list of dental offices that was provided by my insurance company and then refuse to give my insurance information? It makes no sense at all. The receptionist never asked for my insurance number because the conversation never got that far. She was hung up about how I would know I needed an extraction and, I assume, because I didn't have a referral. If not having a referral was a red line, she could have and should have told me so and I would have moved on. I don't pay good money for excellent insurance coverage and then refuse to give my insurance information to a service provider. Nice try though, your receptionist was rude."
"I had an amazing experience the ladies in the office was really nice and the the the lady that did my ex rays and prepped me before the Dentist came was really nice she talked to me the whole time which helped me relax because I was very nervous and the Dentis was really fantastic he did my iv good and right in the first time I got put to sleep and was completely out so i didn’t feel a thing if I had to do it again I would go back to them I got stitches on one of my wisdom teeth and I had 3 removed there is not a lot of swelling and not a lot of pain I’m very satisfied good job guys"
"The ladies at the front desk were nice but I came in to get 4 of my wisdom tooth removed and only ended up get one out and it wasn’t even the one that was causing pain. I was in and out of sedation and i thought the whole point of the anesthesia was so it was be quick and painless. Well when i came to they said that i was fighting the dr and he just stopped the surgery and patched me up. Which makes no sense because if i was truly sedated I would not be fighting back or anything of that nature. I think the whole thing just sounds crazy because I’ve been under anesthesia before and never had that problem before. I felt like the dr had some type of attitude before we even started the surgery. When they was done with surgery the dr was now where to be found or explain to me why or what happened, i find that very weird. I was so confused and upset I wanted to spazz, but i just kept my composure and left. Now im still stuck with teeth that still has to be removed after I heal. I just basically wasted time and money just for dr to stop operating because i was “fighting back” but i was supposed to be sedated so those problems wouldnt happen right. I just felt like i wasnt treated fairly and now out of money for the surgery that barely happened. But god is good and I will be alright."
"This place was terrible. My cousin got her wisdom teeth removed and they were blatantly lying about the situation. They said she had gotten up too early and fell and broke a hole in dry wall with her elbow. This was their explanation for her hysterically crying after leaving the room. Further questioning led to them had dropping her face forward and leaving a red and swollen nose. There was no evidence on her elbows that she had fallen and denied letting us see the hole in the wall. When bringing up her falling they simply said there was no cameras in the room clearly implying we couldn’t make a sue. There’s yet to be any further thing done except them denying everything even asking if she had been drinking prior. If she had been the surgery wouldn’t have been fine due to the anesthesia. First time going there would not recommend no compassion and rudeness was the only thing given."
