"I am so happy to have been referred to Dr. Phelps!! I’m in my early 40s and have damaged front teeth from a childhood injury. After decades-old resin repairs were failing, my regular dentist referred me to his office for veneers. I was nervous to see a specialist out of worry that it would be cost-prohibitive or that he’d be booked too far out, but I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Phelps met with me and really took the time to understand my concerns, how I wanted my teeth to look, and to make sure we were both on the same page with expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that his cost per tooth pricing was similar to other quotes I’d received and that I could schedule the work to be done within a month. He also was positive that I would only need two veneers (many dentists will recommend 4-6 in this situation). From the pictures I’d seen of his work, I trusted this assessment and now that the work is done, I’m so grateful I left my other teeth alone! He and his staff are so warm and welcoming (special shout out to Markita and Ann Marie!). They were so responsive and patient with me and answered all of my very detail-oriented questions. They use modern technology to scan your teeth and keep impression-taking to a minimum which was very cool. Because Dr. Phelps makes the veneers in-office, the turnaround time is FAST. My teeth were prepped on a Friday and I was ready to have them installed four days later. He sincerely wanted me to love my veneers and I was completely blown away! They look absolutely like they could be my real teeth down to the color, shape, contour, and translucency. He wound up making me several pairs to try on and was insistent that we wouldn’t move forward with the veneers until I absolutely loved them. "Dr. Phelps is a true professional. He is caring, gentle and listens very carefully to patient needs. His work is fantastic, well beyond the average dentist. I liked Dr. Phelps because he offered more than one possible way to solve my dental problem. I went to him with a very complicated request, one that two dentists before him wouldn't even consider, claiming what I wanted was not possible. But Dr. Phelps not only said it was possible, he made it happen. I love this dentist! His office staff are top notch also. "Dr. Phelps is THE BEST dentist/Prosthodontist there is and his staff is also amazing! All of his staff is so professional and friendly. The quality of work I have had done at his office has been EXCEPTIONAL! I had a veneer crack on a front tooth that had been placed at a different office years before and Dr. Phelps was able to match it up perfectly! I also had a permanent crown (also placed at a different office) that kept coming off every six to eight months. Dr. Phelps put it back on several years ago and it has not fallen off since!!
