"The lady in the front office that answers the phone is extremely rude. She frequently cut me off in the middle of my sentences. I asked her politely to please stop interrupting me mid-sentence, but she continued. I finally hung-up on her after telling her she was very rude."

"Bresseal was extremely kind and informative. Always made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job. I was extremely pleased and I can't say that enough. No pain at all. Thank you Dr and nurses."

"Had a consultation today for a root canal with Dr. Blackburn. Noticed immediately the attitude of the front desk staff. Not good! Then when Dr. Blackburn came in he was so fast and unfeeling. Didn't want to answer any questions & basically handed me a brochure explaining what a root canal is & said either do it or don't. Then walked out. Not in the room for 30 seconds! Needless to say I won't be scheduling any thing to be done at Evansville Endodontic! That 30 seconds cost me $140. I do not recommend!"

"I had my root canal with Dr. Blackburn. The "initial evaluation" was extremely quick and careless and he acted annoyed answering simple questions. Then when I got my root canal done and had questions, he told me to ask my regular dentist. After the procedure, I followed all the directions but continued to have pain. Dr. Blackburn called me and basically said to only call back when scheduling to get my tooth pulled. He would not bring me back in to see if the root canal failed or what was going on. He's extremely neglectful and careless of his patients. My regular dentist even said how horrible it was that he did that and mentioned how several people have had the same issue with him. I now have to go see another dentist to check on the root canal since he would not. I have never left a bad review in my life but felt this was necessary to prevent others from having to go through the same thing."

"I had a very very good experience here getting a root canal! Dr Brasseale and his assistant are so good. They explain every step as they do it and they made sure I didn’t endure ANY discomfort during the procedure! I was nervous going in, but they are very good at making you feel comfortable."
