Then found out the guy that owns it also owns Universal & Empire Auto where I got my truck from his name is Shawn Lessor. But they want to lie about it when I got it from empire then got sent to Universal & been getting screw since day one.. Its nothing but Scams.. All they do is lie & screw people on cars & repairs. Trying to talk to owner but they won't let me & they won't ever answer my calls either."

His crew had the bolt off and replaced in less than 5 minutes and he showed me the correct wrench to use so that won't happen again.
