"I just sat on hold for ten minutes, about to have to go to work. I sat here and waited in line and just got hung up on. And because I'm about to clock in, and won't be able to call to move my appointment I guarantee you guys are going to send me a letter, "oh you can't keep canceling or missing appointments." But you guys can just do whatever you want right. And because I want to make extra money for my family, and already agreed to working, I'm gonna get shafted by you guys saying "oh you missed your appointment why?" Well I'll be calling tomorrow morning once I get off work to explain exactly what the problem was. You guys should NOT be allowed to hang up after us being on hold. Absolutely a waste of my time."

"This place has its benefits on being a lower costing health care provider. But is not consistent at all on being on time for telemed appointments. Appointment was at 8:30. And 30 minutes later still no call. And when you call the office to make sure that everything on your end is correct. They just tell you to keep calling back every 10 minutes if you do not hear anything."

"Had me waiting for the doctor to come in to see my 10 month old daughter, who's been ill, with no clothes on, for 45+ minutes.... i ended up leaving who knows how much longer it would've taken. I would understand a toddler or an older child but my daughter is 10 months old thats unacceptable."

"Called to set up a dentist appointment, girl was rude I don't think she took my number down. Told me they would call back after their lunch... It is 1:50 AM and I am still waiting for the call (Yes I know they arn't going to call at 1:50 in the morning) Point is that is a pretty long lunch break especially when I called at 11:45 in the morning!"

"DR Benzinger has been the absolute BEST primary care doctor I could ask for. He's also my son's PCP and I'm thinking of switching my baby to him as well as he treats adults and kids. He has helped me when noone else would treats me like a person not a number and has even called me personally more than once even after hours to check on me and make sure I was taken care of when I needed some stuff done. I will never switch my primary care doctor EVER! I absolutely recommend him and love having him as my PCP!!! If you want a Dr who actually cares and listens to you, get him as your Dr!!!!! The therapist and psychiatrist here I do not recommend though. They dropped me in a very very high time of need saying I need "higher level of care" bc I needed a certain medication that they BOTH agreed I needed but didn't feel "comfortable" prescribing. Even after I stopped a medication that they said at first was thier reason for not feeling comfortable. I went back after I stopped that medication and they still refused to treat me. Made my mental health WORSE, BUT my amazing primary care Dr took care of me until ST Francis could get me into thier offices for therapy and psychiatry.. they tried to convince me to switch my PCP but I refused I will not switch him for anything. HE is the ONLY reason I'm giving them 5 stars! If it weren't for him they'd get one. At best. THANK YOU for showing me some Drs out there do still actually care about their patients!"
