"I have waited long enough to write this review but I’m going to get it out there now. I was a patient here for at least the last 15 years. When I started coming here I already had a chipped tooth from an accident as a teenager anyways it was bonded and not noticeable as it had been this way for many many years.Yes it had to be redone maybe every 7-8 years or so but again it wasn’t noticeable. I’m not saying my teeth are perfect by no means because I was a smoker for many years and should of took better care of them than what I did but I have always had a beautiful smile long story short for years and years they have tried to talk me into getting it crowned. I always pushed it off because why fix it if it ain’t broke but they convinced me to get the crown of course being a patient the last 15 years I would assume they know best but this is what happens when you assume.Big mistake huge mistake. My smile has not been the same since. The crown looks absolutely terrible it doesn’t match my other teeth at all it’s longer and completely sticks out. I am completely embarrassed and very self conscious. I have tried reaching out to this dentist multiple times to explain to them how I feel about it with not one response back. You call the office it just rings and rings don’t matter what time you call. I have sent a long detailed email explaining how I was unhappy and nothing at all. I’m assuming that since they MAKE you sign a paper stating you’re happy after looking at a tooth in a little dark room for 5 minutes thats how they rip unhappy customers off . Unfortunately you don’t really get to see what you end up with until you’re out in the bright light smiling. The tooth isn’t translucent and is very noticeable it has completely ruined my once beautiful smile.I have since started seeing a new dentist that was in complete shock that they would ever let me walk out of there like this. I now have to pay out of my pocket twice to correct a mistake I was never really wanted to do in the first place but was convinced this was the better opinion. This was by far the worst mistake I have ever made.Please be careful going here as my experience wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. Oh and this was after the dentist I have been seeing over the last 15 years retired or left so it was after the switch. Beware of that. I have attached a few photos of my smile so you can see for yourself. The first one is before and the second one is with the crown that would look so much better. Please tell me I’m wrong. Terrible service. I don’t even want to give them the 1 star it’s making me give."
