"I have a iPhone 14 and use Verizon and service is lousy all over Florence. The phone will show 4 bars and 5G and nothing will load if I am not on WIFi. So, either Verizon, Apple or both suck!"

"First of a BIG SHOUT OUT to Dustin. He is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable associate. He quickly analyzed and solved the problem that was causing my phone to not work properly. It took him about 10 minutes to do so. Yes, I did have to wait approximately 30 minutes until it was my turn. But folks, that is the nature of the cellular world these days! Go in and queue up or make an appointment! Take a deep breath and chill!"
