"I bought the nachos. The cheese isn’t warm and the nacho chips tasted horrible and expired in November 2023. I threw most of them away, but still got diarrhea from the ones I did eat. Chips shouldn’t taste like industrial gas. Original: This is the second day in a week I’ve come here to one of the rooms in this theater, and the air is hot and has a strong smell of sour body odor. It was two different ones. Surely something can be done."

"Young kids up and down running and giggling for the first 20 minutes of the movie. So that was a little unpleasant but once they finally settled down it was good. The popcorn had the perfect flavor but it was cold. Like it was in a fridge or something. Idk. Really weird. First time ever having that issue.... Bathrooms were clean..."

"Summer time the A/C don’t work, so waited to winter before I went back. Now heat don’t work. The theater had a bad garbage smell, couldn’t enjoy the movie. Men’s restroom was nasty, paper towel & soap dispenser didnt work . Purchased online tickets so I didn’t have to wait in line, guess what, their scanner don’t work, had to go wait in line at register to get tickets! Go somewhere else!"

"never coming back here. the employees were rude and uninviting. overall a very unpleasant experience. as soon as i walked in i was ready to gag, it was smokey and there was trash all over the floor. and where you get your drinks is sticky and musty. if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. when the employees started to be rude, i immediately left. i will be taking my business elsewhere, i hope you will too."

"Terrible from top to bottom with almost nothing good that came out of it in terms of service and quality. The only reason I ever go here is because its one of the only theaters in such a big vicinity from where I live. -Theater is almost always trashed, theres often popcorn all over the floor, unkept bathrooms, trash near the soda counter, etc. The entire building itself just feels trashy whether its busy or not. -Asked to use my reward points and they were not activated. Partially on me though for not noticing. -Paid for two tickets and was only given one. I thought the two papers she gave me were both tickets but one was actually a receipt. This meant I had to go ALL the way back in line JUST to be told they couldn’t do anything and that I had to purchase another ticket. As you might expect I was late for the movie and had to sit in the very front. Bad service and overall just an uninviting environment. I will not be returning anytime soon to this establishment."
