"Dr. Hecht and her staff are top notch. Their friendly office, family like staff. Here’s just a little bit of a story of what I currently went through. I had a crown molar that decided to flare up and turn into an abscess during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend . It was a crown that had been on for several years Infection had set in my entire right side of my face was swollen abscess and I was in extreme pain. Dr. Hecht through her office patient text line, and after our service immediately contacted me called in antibiotics. Having to reach out to several pharmacies due to the fact, the shortage of medication‘s and shortage of 24 hour pharmacies in today’s time. She spent possibly two hours on a late weekday day night. Pharmacy’s, prescriptions and pharmacist are in a shortage and very difficult to get medication you need in today’s time. She offered to meet me and numb my tooth and jaw if that would help. She got the second round of antibiotics called in for me. Taking inconsideration this was over a week long issue she worked with me through all the antibiotics she also went above and beyond by suggesting probiotics yogurt and diet to help me with the strong antibiotics that I do not tolerate well. She helped me get in to a root canal dentist at the end of the year when everybody is covered up due to insurance and patients trying to use their dental benefits up. After the Endodontics dentist Dr. Allen’s staff took care of the root, and the cause of the problem, another kudos to Dr Allen’s staff, she got me in immediately the following day and repaired the crown that was drilled through for the root canal. She worked with me and worked with me until I was 100% comfortable with the repair and bite of the repaired root canal and crown. I feel like Dr. Hecht and her staff are like family. You can talk to them as a fellow family member they’re very understanding! Stephanie in the front office is always awesome, scheduling working with insurance, and communications! All of her staff are top notch!!! They work with all the different dental insurances that I’ve had and I have had them all! Lol. I can’t say enough about Dr. Hecht and her staff. And please forgive me that I do not know all of their names, but Stephanie and Dr. Hecht has been there since I started years ago with Hecht family dentistry. Again, hats off five star recommendation, five star review! Dr. Hecht family dentistry has made dental work so much better than what I’ve previously experienced. Their office they are in has been nicely updated. And another thing that comes to mind you don’t see all the big fancy big screen TVs some of the dental places I’ve been, have a TV on the foot of your dental chair they have all this high-tech technology. That definitely is paid for with your bills. Dr. Hecht office is very nice, very clean and she is very fair when it comes to charges that other dentists sometimes may charge more to pay for their high-tech, fancy buildings and equipment. Dr. Hecht has what she needs and I don’t need the watch 75 inch big screen TV and all the other high-tech equipment when I am getting my teeth worked on. Normally you’re laying down you have a light in your eyes and none of that stuff matters. You never wait in the waiting room more than a few minutes unless you show up way too early for your appointment so there’s no need for all the extra bells and whistles. So my point is do you need all the extra bells and whistles to have your teeth cleaned and repaired when needed. To me this just seems like a way to charge you more for dental repairs. I feel Dr. Hecht family dentistry is very competitive and very fair with all her charges cheaper than others.
