"Done with this place. Was told by receptionist I was fully covered by my insurance otherwise I would not have okayed the deep cleaning of a molar and antibiotic applied to this tooth. After a minor procedure of $600 I keep getting hounded for payment of over $400. After I told them I was told I was covered they said that dentist was not in my network. Not only that but the dentist didn’t even come in the room when the procedure was done. I will fight this bogus claim and not pay the bill. Be very wary dealing with this outfit."

"From the staff to Dr.Thomas I will never go anywhere else. They run like a well run machine. Front office staff gives you all information with your treatment plan and cost upfront. Dr. Thomas is super nice and explains everything she will be doing. Love this office it's worth my 30-40min drive."

"Beware of the non covered upsell! Our dentist at cool creek merged with elite last year. I went in for my first cleaning and was told one tooth needed a deeper water pick cleaning. I agreed to pay $60 for the whole cleaning to be done with the water jet and was told that all the remaining was covered by insurance. I was never warned that I would owe $200 if it wasn't, or I would have opted for a regular cleaning that has worked every 6 months for my whole life. I have called the billing office twice and main office 4 times and have found one person who would answer the phone and explain it after I was already sent to collections. Horribly run and dishonest business."

"I hate the dentist with a passion. I have since I was a kid. But these wonderful individuals have made that anxiety SO bearable - I had two of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday (conscious the whole time) and Stacy let me crunch her hand (so hard she had to remove her ring) the entire time and is so compassionate. Dr. Waghela is super empathetic, and incredibly fast and professional - and has a really weird sense of humor which I absolutely love and hope she never changes! These doctors and the staff are very patient and empathetic and I said even if I moved to Florida, I'd make the trip back to Carmel just so I can keep them as my dental office. Seriously ladies, thank you SO much for making yesterday so bearable and making the delivery of my twin boys easier than expected. XD Be blessed!"
