"When Jorden answered my call to make an appointment, she went above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs. When I walked into the impeccably appointed office, Emmie and Jorden greeted me as if I were an old friend. Jennifer came out at 8:00 am on the dot and said she would be taking care of me. And she did. After making me feel comfortable, she took high tech x-rays and 3D photos of my mouth. She then gave me the "executive royalty cleaning" which was very thorough and precise. I even got a nice tote bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss in a carrying case. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Dr. Springhetti sat down next to me. He explained everything that they found during the cleaning and exam by showing me on the screen exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. As I was leaving, Jorden went over the treatment plan and expected charges line by line. Thank you all for an unexpectedly pleasant dental experience. Instead of calling this a dental office, you should call it a Dental Spa! Can't wait to go back for my 3 crowns and 2 fillings."
