"Initial consult was non issue. When you’re called to the back, there aren’t rooms, just divided walls with curtains hanging to cover door ways. You can hear everything being said in another room with another patient! HIPAA . If you’re in Medicare beware. They did the pre-certification but when billing came billed higher priced non-certified CPT codes. Tried calling for a week, couldn’t get anyone to answer!! Finally a person answered, explained issues, said she would let billing know. A month later, same statement. Faxed information in, cause no one answers phones. Next month another statement. 3rd time sent an email and Still, not one person has reached out to fix this! My mom is Lillie Deturk"
"I’ve has some severe issues after a tooth extraction. They won’t answer the phone’s ever or return a voicemail. I missed my appt, because I asked them if they do text reminders and they said yes and I never got one and I did schedule it on a day I was available. I’ve been there twice and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong, making me feel crazy. My family doctor got my a ct scan of my face, and we found out my sinus bone is missing and I still after 6 months have a hole in my mouth into my sinuses. Also note I was referred her after a dentist else where was panicked and didn’t tell me exactly what and where he messed up. But I’ve been here twice and they said there was nothing wrong in their x-rays. I’m done here!"
"Absolute nightmare to deal with! My husband had all his teeth removed for dentures here ! They were supposed to follow what was required for his dentures to fit ! They lied to him before surgery said they would grind the gums and remove the tubi (spelling) they didn’t!!! Had to have a second surgery … still didn’t fulfill their duties we are at the denture place now having to schedule a third surgery !!! Absolutely horrible and lie straight to your face!!! Will be calling Medicaid to let them know not to pay these people services were not rendered!!!"
